It seems that wisdom teeth removal (ouch!) and a relaxing trip home for Christmas has been just what I needed to drive me back into the blogosphere.

Looking at my last post I am utterly mortified I dropped off for so long – in fact, I’ll be amazed if ANYONE is still here right now to see this!

I went from woefully bored with unemployment and completely uninspired, to getting a wonderful job that has kept me SO busy (along with an extended family visit) I barely had time to think about it.

But what better time to jump back in than the holidays?! That’s when all the best storied and picture taking takes place anyway.

To tide you over til I get together the photos from some recent events (Thanksgiving wasn’t THAT far away, right?) here’s a couple of pics from, well, WAY too long ago in Internet-time.

In lieu of a TGIF post yesterday (or any post yesterday…oops!) and since it is Easter tomorrow, I thought I would share these nostalgic videos I found of the Walt Disney World Easter Parade (back when it was a full blown parade that was broadcast on TV, and not a 10 minute pre-parade like they’ve done the past couple of years).

The quality is a little…dated, and the sound is kind of off in the first one, but Happy Easter!!

I attempted baking and went on a Disney-related adventure earlier today, so look for those sometime this coming week, as well as some potential blog maintenance updates/enhancements (maybe…) !

It is an absolutely gorgeous, sunny and warm Los Angeles Friday.

It’s the perfect day for short skirts, lace and some sailor influences. (I may take some pictures later, though fashion is more my sister’s territory).

It’s also a perfect day for some Boy Meets World — specifically Boy Meets World in its later “Eric is a total nutcase” years.

Ah, Eric. And timely warnings on sneak attacks this fine April Fools day.
